IVIZ — INTERACTIVE VISUALIZATIONS

Interactive visualizations.
Buildings, spaces and products.

iViZ — Interactive Visualizations creates tools for construction assessment, property presentation and product configuration. We bring 3D models, panoramas and information together so your customers and specialists can make decisions in context.

SEE HOW IT HELPS

One site. More perspectives.

Choose a discipline. The same recorded location can inform different questions and actions without a group visit.

01 / 04

Does the work match the design?

Review visible walls and openings. Mark a location to compare with current design records.

Output: a specific location and question for the contractor.

02 / 04

What needs checking before the next stage?

Identify a visible connection or penetration for detailed review. Establish which measurements or on-site checks are missing.

Output: the scope of a focused on-site check.

03 / 04

Is the planned installation space available?

Compare visible routes and maintenance access with the design. Mark a potential conflict for clarification.

Output: a coordination question before installations are covered.

04 / 04

Where should the inspection focus?

Review visible access and work conditions. Mark a potential hazard for prompt assessment by the responsible person.

Output: a location and scope for a safety check.

Illustrative scenarios, not a diagnosis of the pictured site. A capture is dated and does not replace required visits, measurements or specialist assessment.

WHO WE WORK WITH

Solutions for the way you work.

Choose your goal. Discover how 3D can support your work.

MODEL VALUE AFTER HANDOVER

BIM can keep working.

For residents, it can support fit-out planning. For designers, it can underpin another service. For managers, it can offer organised access to building information.

START WITH A SMALL SCOPE

One site. One process. A clear goal.

We match the initial scope to your problem and available materials. Before starting, we agree on the output and how to evaluate it.

One inspection area

To get started
A site or construction area, an assessment goal, and available models, photos and documents.
What we prepare
An agreed view of the data and an example workflow for observations, measurement or design comparison.
How we evaluate the result
Can specialists find the information they need? How long does preparing an assessment and clarifying an observation take?
Discuss this pilot

One space to showcase

To get started
The property, rooms to show, the tour’s purpose, and access for photography or existing panoramas.
What we prepare
An agreed route, information points and links to an existing offer or booking system.
How we evaluate the result
Can visitors understand the layout, find information and proceed to the offer?
Discuss this pilot

One product family

To get started
A model or product documentation, variants and selection rules. For Enterprise, example parts lists and instructions too.
What we prepare
An agreed configuration scope. An Enterprise pilot can also include selected parts documents or assembly steps requiring validation.
How we evaluate the result
Are the variant and documents consistent? How much manual work remains when preparing an order?
Discuss this pilot

Scope, timing and cost are agreed after reviewing your materials. If data is missing, we can include digital capture in the proposal.

FAQ

Before we get started

Do we need an existing BIM model?

Not for every project. Depending on your goal, we can start with photographs, documentation or building capture. If you already have a model, we will assess its suitability and any information needed.

Are we buying a service or software?

The scope can include preparing data, creating an interactive presentation or implementing a solution. We agree the deliverables, access and ongoing support before starting.

Are all the applications shown already available as finished modules?

BMS integrations and extended building maintenance workflows are planned developments. We agree the scope of residential tools, configurators and integrations for each implementation.

What determines the cost?

The goal, quality and volume of materials, model or product complexity, integrations and update frequency. A brief description of your application is enough for an initial conversation.
