Is a BIM file ready for building operations?
Not always. It may need as-built updates, consistent identifiers and additional equipment information.
What can the practice earn revenue from?
Separately agreed services such as preparing the model for operations, completing records, implementation and future updates. Owning a file alone does not guarantee revenue.
Is this a ready-made BMS integration?
No. BMS integrations and extended maintenance processes are planned developments. We start with a specific model and the owner's needs.
