FOR INVESTORS AND FINANCING INSTITUTIONS

Construction progress.
Visible in the record.

Before assessing a stage, reviewers need to understand what was completed and how it was documented. iViZ helps organise the investment record and prepare materials for the appropriate people to assess.

Solutions

From scattered photographs to a readable record.

Documentation supports assessment. Financial decisions and requirements remain with the institution.

01

Stage assessment and drawdown preparation

Dated photos, panoramas and scope descriptions help prepare evidence of completed work. Agree the required format and scope with the recipient first.

Your benefit

Less time assembling records and explaining where each photo was taken.

02

Remote review before a visit

A reviewer can examine shared records in advance and select locations for an on-site check.

Your benefit

A more focused visit with questions prepared before arrival.

03

Compare stages in context

Records from different dates support discussion of progress and visible differences between reported and captured conditions.

Your benefit

Clearer communication among investor, contractor and reviewer.

FAQ

Before we get started

Does the documentation guarantee a drawdown?

No. Requirements depend on the contract and institution. The tool helps prepare records but does not guarantee lender acceptance or trigger payments.

Do photographs replace an inspection?

Only the recipient can define the acceptable assessment process. Required visits, opinions or approvals are not assumed to be replaced.
